Campaigns (Marketing / Sales → Campaigns → Overview) bring together everything that belongs to one promotion: product sale prices, a discount code, a website banner, an email and a scenario. Each part stays in its own module (Product changes, Discount codes, Website banners, Emailing); the campaign keeps them together, shows the real discount and can be approved and reverted in one go.

The Campaigns group has four items:

Item What it is for
Overview list of campaigns, approval and reverting prices
Discount codes codes from all stores, activation by URL, the “Price with code” box (Discount codes)
Website banners the main banner on the store homepage (only with the feature turned on)
Settings discount rules for each store (Discount rules)

Until 25 October 2026, Discount codes were in the Warehouse | Products group and Website banners were a separate item. Screen addresses have not changed and saved links keep working.

You create a campaign yourself with the New campaign button (name, dates, stores, sale discount, discount code, what it applies to and the campaign page), or the internal assistant or AI connected via MCP suggests it. With the assistant, click Suggest with assistant and complete the request, for example “Black Friday for SK, 27 to 30 November”. The assistant looks at sales, margins, stock and past promotions and suggests:

  • which products to reduce and by how much (sale prices with a start and end date),
  • a discount code,
  • a banner and an email with the text “discounts up to X%”,
  • a scenario, for example an abandoned cart with a code.

It shows each write on an approval card with the original and the new value. Nothing changes until you approve it. The suggestion always respects the store’s discount rules.

In the New campaign window you can tick Add a page or category for this campaign. It is the place the campaign’s links lead to (banner, newsletter, ads), not the scope of the discount. For each store in the campaign you choose:

  • An existing category of the store. Its web address is shown below the selection.
  • A new category. You fill it in with the same editor as in Warehouse | Products, Categories. The category is created only when the campaign is created, and it is hidden; it is shown only while the approved campaign runs and is hidden again after it ends. If you close the campaign window, nothing is created in the store.
  • An existing page or a custom address starting with https://.

The check before creating shows the page for each store. In the Overview the campaign has a link to the page and its status; if the new category could not be created, it offers Retry.

The discount is calculated from the full price

Section titled “The discount is calculated from the full price”

All percentages (the price-with-code box, the banner, the email, the assistant’s suggestion) are calculated from the full price on the website. Sale and code multiply in the store rather than add up: the store deducts the code from the cart price, which is already discounted.

Full price Sale Code Customer pays Discount from full price
€1,000 −10% −20% €720 28%
€1,000 −12.5% −20% €700 30%

When you want an exact discount (for example 30%), give it to the assistant as the target. It calculates the other part itself (with a 20% code, a 12.5% sale). If you enter the sale and the code separately, the assistant tells you the real total.

One row is one campaign: the store (or all e-shops), name, dates, type (sale prices, code) and up to X%. Status:

Status What it means
Awaiting approval the campaign is ready and waiting for you
Scheduled approved, not started yet
Running approved and currently valid
Ended the dates have passed

Above the list are the e-shop switcher and the Status filter (on mobile under the Filters button). An expanded row shows what the campaign consists of, with a link to each part.

A campaign whose discount exceeds the store’s limit has the Over limit label and cannot be approved until the discount is adjusted or the limit is changed.

Approve checks the campaign’s readiness and the product prices over the last 30 days. If any product was cheaper during that time than the full price (for example during a previous promotion), a window opens with a list of those products. You choose which price to strike through on the website; for each option the window shows how the price will look:

  • Strike through the regular price: for example €545 €392.40 (−28%). A bigger discount; the decision is yours.
  • Strike through the lowest price of the last 30 days: for example €436 €392.40 (−10%). A smaller discount, but in line with the EU rule. Where it is no longer a discount, nothing is struck through.

The price the customer pays is the same in both cases. The EU rule on announcing price reductions says the struck-through price should be the lowest price of the last 30 days; the choice is therefore made for each campaign separately and saved with its approval.

Prices are saved every day from 26 October 2026. A product without 30 days of history is mentioned separately in the window.

The Revert prices button in an expanded campaign returns the sale prices of all its products to their state before the campaign. It works without the assistant too and follows the same path as reverting in Product changes. If a batch cannot be reverted, the others are reverted and the screen tells you how many failed.

The internal assistant and AI connected via MCP can do the same things: read the discount rules, calculate the discount and suggest a campaign. Every write goes through a preview and your confirmation. Over MCP, a discount rule can be changed only with the “Campaigns: change discount rules” scope, which has to be ticked explicitly on the consent screen.

  • Overview and Settings are visible to managers and administrators (permission for campaigns).
  • Only someone with permission to approve campaigns may approve a campaign and change discount rules.
  • Website banners appears in the group only for a store with the feature turned on.
