In short
Section titled “In short”MitoOps connects to your online store and then keeps stock, orders, fulfillment, claims, finance and automations in one place. Getting running takes three steps: connect the store, find your way around, and set up access for the team.
The order worth following
Section titled “The order worth following”- Connecting a store — without it the application has no data to read. Start here.
- First steps — what is on the Dashboard, how the menu is organised, and what the store and period switchers do.
- Users and roles — who gets access to what, and how to protect an account with a second factor.
The first two steps take a few minutes. The third matters once more people than you work in the system.
What to do next
Section titled “What to do next”Once the store is sending data and the team has access, continue with whatever you deal with most:
- You ship parcels → Fulfillment. This is the most thoroughly documented part.
- You look after stock → Warehouse and products.
- You handle returns → Claims and returns.
- You want to cut routine work → Automations.
- You are interested in AI → AI centre and AI credits.
When you cannot find something
Section titled “When you cannot find something”- Use search in the top bar. It covers screens and records, and respects your role.
- The application also has Help, which knows this documentation and answers questions in the window you are working in.
