Automations
In progress
In short
Section titled “In short”An automation has a trigger and an action. You switch it on in one screen and it runs unattended.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Where to find it in the app: Automation → Automations
- Watches events in the system and runs actions in response.
- You are billed per run, not per switch — an enabled but unused automation costs nothing.
The texts in ready-made templates (order notes, team notifications, claim tasks) come in the language you use the app in. An automation is a copy of the template, so you can edit its texts freely and a later language change will not overwrite them.
How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”Step-by-step instructions are being written. For now this page states where the feature lives in the app and what it covers.
Email subject
Section titled “Email subject”Actions that send email (Send email and Generate and send report) have a Subject field. For the report it is optional: left empty, the subject that has been going out until now is used, so automations created earlier send exactly what they sent before.
The subject accepts variables just like the body — the picker sits under the field. For the report there are also {{report.period}}, {{report.month}}, {{report.year}}, {{report.from}} and {{report.to}}. A subject of Monthly report – {{report.month}} {{report.year}} goes out as Monthly report – Júl 2026. The period is recalculated on every run.
A change proposal from the AI assistant
Section titled “A change proposal from the AI assistant”An AI assistant connected over MCP never changes a running automation on its own. When you ask it for a change, it prepares a change proposal and the automation gets a Change proposal awaiting approval badge in the list. In the editor you see it in the A change proposal is awaiting approval panel, with a note on what changes and why. Load proposal into editor opens it; you review it and publish it like any other change, and the automation stays enabled. Reject proposal discards it. Until you approve it, the original version keeps running.
