What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Getting started — first sign-in, connecting a shop, users and roles.
- Daily operations — stock and products, discount codes, claims and returns.
- Shipping — packing, carriers, labels, pickups and parcel tracking.
- Growth and sales — finance and reports, affiliate, AI centre, automations.
- Account and admin — subscription, e-mail, connected shops and apps.
- Troubleshooting and FAQ — when something does not add up.
- Changelog — what was added and what changed.
- For developers — the system interface.
How to set it up
Section titled “How to set it up”- If this is your first time, start with Getting started.
- To find a specific screen, use the search box in the header — it covers every section.
- The badge next to each page title says how verified the content is, and when it was last checked.
Common problems
Section titled “Common problems”- I cannot find the page I need. The documentation is being filled in module by module. An “In progress” badge next to a title means the content is not complete yet.
