Why does the packing queue show every order?
Section titled “Why does the packing queue show every order?”The order statuses that mean “ready to pack” have not been set. Without them the app has nothing to filter by, so it shows everything — and says so above the list. You set them per e-shop in the Carriers screen.
Do I need a special printer for labels?
Section titled “Do I need a special printer for labels?”No. With no setup at all, labels are arranged four to an A4 sheet and printed through the browser. Connecting a warehouse printer is an optional extra.
Can the customer see where their parcel is?
Section titled “Can the customer see where their parcel is?”Yes, once you enable the tracking page. It runs on your own address with your logo and shows no personal data.
