In short
Section titled “In short”The “Warehouse | Products” group is the largest in the menu. It holds everything about goods.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Where to find it in the app: Operations → Warehouse | Products
- Products — item records from connected shops.
- Categories — how the range is grouped.
- Purchasing & logistics — a tab of Products holding data the shop does not have: minimum stock, customs description, cost price, HS code.
- Purchase planning — what to reorder and how much.
- Stocktake — physical recount of the warehouse.
- Stock sync — quantities and how they line up with the shop.
- Availability: what the shops show next to a product (In stock, On backorder…) and how it carries over between them. The screen has three tabs: Matching (opens first), Manage for each shop’s availability list, including change proposals waiting for approval, and History of what was carried over. See Availability.
- Reviews — product and shop ratings.
- Discount codes — codes and their log.
