What was added
Section titled “What was added”29 September 2026: WooCommerce: replies to product reviews and “Add to cart” in the chatbot
Section titled “29 September 2026: WooCommerce: replies to product reviews and “Add to cart” in the chatbot”- Reviews. Reply to a product review from a WooCommerce shop in Warehouse | Products → Reviews just like on Shoptet. The reply can be edited or deleted and appears under the review on the product page. Replies written in the shop admin also appear in MitoOps when reviews are downloaded. Requires the MitoOps for WooCommerce plugin 1.6.0, which shops receive through automatic updates.
- Website chatbot. Products in the chatbot window on a WooCommerce shop have an Add to cart button, and the cart counter in the shop header updates after adding. A product with variants has it only when the card shows a specific variant; otherwise Detail remains and the customer makes the choice.
25 September 2026: Shop availabilities are managed in MitoOps
Section titled “25 September 2026: Shop availabilities are managed in MitoOps”- Warehouse | Products → Availability → Manage. Add, edit, bulk change or delete each shop’s availabilities (name, description, restock and delivery time in hours, Google Shopping meaning, colour) without logging in to the shop admin. Only what you saw in the preview is written to the shop. See the Availability guide.
- The assistant and Claude.ai only propose a change. With the Availability: change proposals scope they prepare a proposal that reaches the shop only when you press Approve and write. Reading availabilities needs nothing new.
- WooCommerce manages availabilities with the MitoOps for WooCommerce plugin; changing a meaning requires version 1.5.0, which shops receive through automatic updates.
2 September 2026 — API and MCP: shipping, analytics, reports and inventory
Section titled “2 September 2026 — API and MCP: shipping, analytics, reports and inventory”- The interface also reads shipments, delivery statistics, traffic, channels, Search Console, the financial summary, sales per product and stock levels. New scopes
shipping:read, analytics:readandinventory:readunder Settings → API & MCP. - Claude.ai can now be granted the sensitive scopes (reports, purchase prices). Disconnect and reconnect a connector added earlier — the exact steps are in the MCP interface.
- The internal assistant answers about revenue, margin, traffic and stock from the same figures as the Dashboard.
- The internal assistant offers only what the account is allowed to use. This includes custom permissions: a revoked permission hides the tool, a granted one makes it available. The assistant also reads the same catalogue as the REST and MCP interface — a stored order by number, credit notes and the list of stores were added.
- The public chatbot answers stock availability questions again. After the morning release it lacked an identity towards the system core for that question.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- August 2026 — Discount codes got their own item under Stock | Products (previously a tab under Automations).
- August 2026 — The email area now has its own menu item: System → Settings → Emails.
- August 2026 — Search now finds screens by everyday wording as well.
