Purchase planning
In progress
In short
Section titled “In short”Tells you what to reorder and how much, so you do not run out. It is calculated from sales history and current stock — nothing has to be filled in by hand.
Until 22 August 2026 the screen was called Purchasing and lived under Finance. It moved to the goods, and the operational indicators from the retired KPI screen moved here with it.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”Where to find it: Operations → Stock | Products → Purchase planning
The tiles at the top show Units sold, Below minimum, Negative stock and Units in stock.
- Check that products have a minimum stock set (Products → Purchasing & logistics).
- Optionally Select products and exclude the ones you are only selling off.
- Generate proposal. The result can be exported to .MD or PDF.
Every line has an urgency: Critical, High, Medium or OK.
How the numbers are calculated
Section titled “How the numbers are calculated”Projected need comes from sales in the same period last year, adjusted by a growth factor. Reorder = need minus stock plus a 20% buffer. Amounts are shown in your account currency.
The proposal is calculated across all connected shops at once — it assumes goods are bought into a single warehouse.
