After signing in you land on Dashboard | Home. It is an overview, not a working screen: it shows figures for the selected period and store, and every tile links through to the module behind it. The side menu on the left has four sections, grouped by what you are doing.

Section headings are labels only — you click the items beneath them.

Section What you find there
Operations Warehouse | Products, Fulfillment, Claims
Business Finance, Affiliate, Emailing
Automation AI centre, Automations
System Settings — Account, Subscription, Connected stores, Connected apps, Users, Appearance & preferences, Sync diagnostics

Warehouse | Products, Fulfillment, Finance, Affiliate, AI centre and Settings are groups: clicking one expands it into individual screens. Claims, Automations and Emailing are single items.

The menu shows only what your role is allowed to see. A missing item is an access setting, not a fault — see Users and roles.

Two controls that change every figure at once

Section titled “Two controls that change every figure at once”

The top bar has two switches, and they affect the whole application, not just the Dashboard:

  • Store switcher — when several stores are connected, it decides whose data you see. Each store carries the flag of its market.
  • Period selector — decides the timeframe used for revenue, order counts and shipments.

When the numbers on the Dashboard look wrong, these two controls are the first thing to check.

The Dashboard is built from tiles. Which ones you see depends on your role and on what you have enabled.

  • Sales and profit — revenue excluding VAT, order count, gross margin (revenue minus cost of goods sold) and net profit (gross margin minus estimated shipping). Links to Reports and Invoices.
  • What cannot wait — work that is pending: items below minimum or in negative stock, orders ready to pack, items not matched to a store, open claims and cases past their statutory deadline.
  • Shipping and delivery — handed over to the carrier, shipments currently in transit, delivery success rate and median delivery time from handover to delivery.
  • Product overview, Recent orders, Recent stock movements, Packing and dispatch, E-mails and news.

Each figure carries a short note explaining exactly what is counted. It is worth reading before you act on the number — for example In transit is counted as of right now and does not depend on the selected period, unlike most other values.

  1. Click What to show above the tiles.
  2. Turn individual tiles on or off. Some are pinned and cannot be turned off.
  3. Order is changed separately, via Rearrange tiles.
  4. Restore defaults returns everything to the original state.

The tile selection applies to this browser, not to your account. On another computer or in another browser you set it again, and your colleagues’ dashboards are unaffected.

The top bar has search. It does not only match exact screen names — it also finds screens by everyday wording, and it searches the documentation and your records (orders, products, shipments) at the same time. Results respect your role: nothing you have no access to is shown.

  • I cannot see some menu items. The menu shows only what your role permits. Ask an administrator at your company to widen your access.
  • It says “Module not activated”. Your role is fine, but that part of the application is not activated for your account. This is handled with support, not in settings.
  • The Dashboard shows zeros. Check the selected period and store. A newly connected store may have no data until the first synchronisation finishes — see Connecting a store.
  • A colleague’s Dashboard changed differently from mine. Tile selection is tied to the browser, not the account. This is expected.
